Shipping, Refunds, and Returns Policy
At Minty Crafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns on orders totaling $50 or more. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Made-to-order products
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened bead mixes, craft supply kits, or consumable craft materials

Email us at hello@mintycrafts.com with your order number and reason for the return. -
Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. -
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic (United States) Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States on orders of $100 or more.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination country. Processing time (1–5 business days) should be considered in addition to shipping transit times.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
Minty Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mintycrafts.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
