Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic (United States) Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the United States on orders of $100 or more.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination country. Processing time (1–5 business days) should be considered in addition to shipping transit times.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

Minty Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mintycrafts.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
